The rates shown are our standard hourly rates per staff member. Your final quote depends on the event details — hours required, staff mix, location, notice period and any special requirements. Send us the details and we'll come back with a tailored quote, usually within a few hours.
Yes. All staff bookings have a seven-hour minimum per staff member. This ensures we can commit properly experienced staff to your event and covers their travel and preparation time. For shorter events, the seven-hour minimum still applies.
The rate covers the staff member's time on site, professionally briefed and uniformed to hospitality standard. Travel, accommodation for out-of-town events, and any specialist equipment are quoted separately where applicable.
Standard rates apply to most bookings. Public holidays, late-night finishes and events on very short notice may carry a surcharge. Anything additional will be shown clearly on your quote before you confirm the booking.
As a rough guide: one waiter per 15 to 20 guests for plated service, one bartender per 60 to 80 guests, and cleaning staff scaled to venue size and event length. Share your guest count and event format and we'll recommend the right team.
A deposit confirms your booking, with the balance due shortly before the event. Payment terms are set out on your quote. We accept EFT and invoice corporate clients on request.
Changes to staff numbers, hours or timing can usually be accommodated with reasonable notice. Cancellation terms depend on how close to the event date the cancellation is made, and are set out clearly on your quote.
Yes. We regularly staff events across Gauteng and travel further afield for weddings, corporate functions and destination events. Travel and, where needed, accommodation are quoted separately.
