Ideally two to four weeks for larger events, but we regularly handle shorter turnarounds — including same-week and, where staff availability allows, next-day bookings. Send us the details and we'll confirm what's possible.

Our minimum is typically four hours per staff member. For smaller functions we're happy to discuss what works — the goal is to match the team to the event, not to over-supply.

Our core service area is Johannesburg and surrounding Gauteng regions. We do travel further afield for larger bookings — travel and accommodation are quoted separately when required.
Standard dress is smart black-and-white — pressed white shirt, black trousers, black waistcoat or apron depending on the role. If your event has a specific dress code or brand uniform, let us know in advance and we'll brief the team accordingly.
Yes. Every team member has prior hospitality experience — whether in restaurants, hotels, catering or private events. We match the right level of experience to the demands of your event, and brief the team before they arrive.
Pricing is per staff member, per hour, with a minimum call-out. Rates vary by role (waiters, bartenders, chefs, hostesses etc.) and by event type. Send us the details and we'll come back with a clear, itemised quote — no hidden fees.
We build in cover. If someone is genuinely unable to attend, we replace them at no extra cost — usually before you'd notice. Reliability is the point of what we do.
We supply the staff. Equipment, uniforms specific to your venue, and food and beverage are usually provided by you or your caterer. If you need help sourcing anything else, we can often point you in the right direction.
